The forum has not been around for long, but seems to already be thriving. Thanks to all those who have contributed to the discussions - it's been great to be able to discuss with, and learn from, all of you. Particular thanks to those who helped set it up, and the committee and moderators who keep it running.
But Limericks, like my dog's hair, Just turn up in heaven knows where: You think you are clear, Then more rhymes appear: Escape them? You haven't a prayer.
The music thread has 1402 posts. I think the winner might be this one currently on 2225 posts: https://www.s4me.info/threads/michael-sharpe-skewered-by-johnthejack-on-twitter.3464/page-112
Andy, see what you have started The limerick thread now has just parted And run amok on this thread So that, some they might dread To hear my last line ....but it’s ok , I’m too polite
For me S4ME is a social outlet, a place of support, a source of information and most importantly a way of developing and refining my understanding of ME. This is so important given we need to develop a consensus in the language used to describe research objects, clinical reality and the patient experience that is ultimately congruent in all three worlds. A big thank you to all who set it up, and to all who participate in discussion.
Too many loud rock n roll times over on the Music and other videos thread. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HTcMXhJzdw0
