Paywalled. Gotta appreciate the transparency of the RECOVER initiative.

Not that I expect much and pretty much assume it's paywalled because there has been zero progress and it's best to keep it quiet.

Hey, it's not as if literally thousands of news articles and reports and so many other forms of evidence give up this fact.
