The "wellness journey" line seals it. Anyone confusing fatigue for ME can be safely ignored and told to go away and never come back.
What I don't understand is what these people can offer that isn't available on the internet? I imagine what benefits users of this service the most is not any actual 'treatment', but rather having someone there who cares and can listen.
