Total and 'Active' Serum B12

    Oh, that reminds me, one possible cause of elevated B12 I did find was attributed to gastrointestinal bacterial overgrowth.

    I have had confirmed SIBO/dysbiosis, so perhaps that is the simple answer in my case.

    Sorry for butting in
    I am a new member.
    The issues you said though are very similar to me especially your mother.
    I have ME/CFS but the neurological symptoms and cognitive is getting worse.
    I can tell you here if that’s ok?
    I am in the uk.
