    From PATIENTS ASSOCIATION Newsletter,
They are collecting info on patient experience via a short survey (closes this w/e)

"NHS England has conducted a review of non-emergency patient transport services (NEPTS). These services help people to get to NHS appointments if they are not able to travel independently, or do not have anybody to help them make the journey.

The review has created new eligibility criteria to decide when patients can access these services. NHS England is consulting on these criteria, and the Patients Association will be making a submission.

This short survey asks about your experiences of using, or trying to use, non-emergency patient transport services.

If you are, or have been, a carer for someone else, you can use this survey to tell us about that person’s experiences. When questions ask about ‘your’ experiences, simply answer as if they were asking about the person you care for or cared for. There are additional questions at the end for you to tell us about your own experiences of NEPTS as their carer."

If you have time to let them know about your experiences, this could help.

Oh, and you have to agree to them quoting you, otherwise you won't be allowed to do the survey.
