UK: UC50 (Universal Credit) or PIP diary

    Why? Is it lack of access to a printer? I kept my electronic copy and a hard copy (just in case) even though my machine has been backed up (I've had back ups fail before now). Even though I filled in the form electronically I printed it out and sent it via signature required service - that way not only could I prove it was sent & received, but could prove the date I sent it.

    I'm sure you would anyway, but make sure you have a electronic copy and a back up if you don't have a hard copy. Just in case. They've been known to "lose" forms before now & I'm sure they're quite capable of "losing" an eform.

    Yes, I have no access to a printer. No library. No home printer. No relatives with a printer....
