Yes they are accurate about some of what they don’t know. If only they realised what they are suggesting is cliched ‘advice’ for people who aren’t ill.

and if you fixed those behaviours you wouldn’t be ill because look at all these healthy people who don’t have these things so the correlation means it’s the solution
