It seems to be called a PhD by Critical Commentary - which appears to be rather different to a normal PhD and is autoethnography and writing up what they've already done in their business

I'm trying to find this on their uni pages

6.5 Contributions to knowledge.
I consider my contributions to knowledge to be significant and far-reaching. As outlined in Chapter 3, these began with my focus on developing effective interventions for fatigue related conditions. In this thesis, I have focused on the development and application of psychology approaches, but it is worth noting that my overall impact upon the wider field of integrative medicine and trailblazing a truly integrative mindbody healing approach has been significant.
