It seems a non story about women being bullied. Men get bullied in science too, and recently the main bully was a woman. It is a dog eat dog business full of bad interpersonal relations but what's new?
I think perhaps you're missing the point. The fact is that bullying is still common in our society and talking about it openly, rather than just saying, "hey, that's the way things have always been, move along," is the only way it is going to change.
Yes men can be the victims of bulling, but the key is that it is those without power who are most likely to be bullied - that means junior staff, women, people with certain personalities (eg. kinder people) are more likely to be taken advantage of, or bullied.
