I added to my post that Dr Kaufman will also be presenting at the conference. In my view it represents a conflict of interest, particularly if Kaufman or any authors are also selling the product.
Thing is, there is breast cancer associated with BRCA1 all around the world. Even in family history of breast cancer, testing for the gene variant for their offspring is not automatic or permitted unless you are diagnosed with breast cancer yourself.

Sorry it’s a bit off-topic but this stands out to me. How many doctors out there refuse to diagnose their patients with cancer because it’s an ‘unhappy’ diagnosis?
