    This is sad. My aunt is under Myhill who prescribed sleep meds which her GP would not to provide some stability. Adrenal / thyroid meds and magnesium injections fir a while have also helped. ( they helped enormously with night time heart palpitations) She is still severely affected, but not...

    Cancer generally has many " supportive " options. One of my cousins used acupuncture and massage during her treatment for cancer. I don't know how this was funded though.

    I had read somewhere that glutamate does not cross BBB easily and most glutamate is made from pools of glutamine in brain as neurons can't directly make it from glucose? EtA this was probably 3am reading so could well be wrong

    Interesting as glutamate is an issue in cancer. Cancerous cells use it as an alternative fuel when glucose is not sufficient. There have been comments in the past re similarities to cancer cell behaviour ( probably re glucose ?).

    Thanks for the additional info . We did a home version of the 10 minute lean test monitoring HR ( no BO sensor on our wearable). Pretty convincing OI, but need BP to explore this further. Had we done this out of home situation PEM may have been a consequence. My daughter has a routine , but...
