They also need to recognise that resting is a different thing than 'relaxing'. It asks if you'd find it helpful to record time you spend relaxing but not asleep "eg watching tv". This makes me think it's written by healthy people with little to no understanding of the realities of life...

Sounds like a kind of baiting, trolling etc. My take on that is not to engage, not to give them the attention they so obviously crave. It's like when perpetrators bait their victims in court trying to get a reaction out of them that they can use to illustrate the victim is 'unstable'...
