    Agreed @Unable the dictionary definition of pacing yourself does hit the nail on the head we need to bring back yourself. ETA totally agree that the routine and structure stuff is dubious. It’s a fluctuating condition so trying to force people into a routine is putting square pegs in round...

    like @Barry i find the idea of having an energy budget helps describe what pacing is like I’ve mentioned before @Keela Too s blog about disposable energy rings true I think something like energy budgeting would work well as an alternative term for pacing...
