    It's tempting to think they may have selected out professional participants with a known link to non-professional interested parties. Behaving in the way they do sadly lays them open to suspicion and conspiracy theories.

    I'm signed up for the Wed ME & Thurs LC sessions. A friend is signed up for today's professionals session. She received an e-mail around 2pm today saying participants can't share the recording of today's session without permission.

    She's trying some oral re-hydration solution (water, sugar & salt) which I made from an internet recipe, & she's just had some rice which she seemed to tolerate quite well earlier in this illness. I've also just talked to her about going to a&e if the rice goes straight through her.
