Unfortunately Simon Wessely is also connected and frequently takes part in their events.

But, just maybe there are people who might be able to give a really 'independent' objective review of PACE and related issues? eg

might it be worth asking Carol Monaghan ?

(just occurred to me that sods law would have it if MS was acquainted)

(sorry if this is a bit disjointed....am looking up and writing on the fly)

    Suggestion for their first discussion.
    1. Recognise that subjective, unblinded trials have a high degree of bias.
    2. Repeat the above until the penny finally drops.
    3. Standardise the meanings of improvement, remission, relapse and recovery across ALL branches of medicine. Hence stopping psychologists/ psychiatrists claiming " recovery" when they mean arbitrary improvement.
    4. Therapeutic approaches to prevent nepotism and cronyism in the medical profession.
