Chronic Illness Inclusion Project survey

It took me a while to take it but I just took breaks and lied down to rest. I am cognitively spent today.
 
I am confused. I just did the survey and it took about 2 minutes.
Here is what it says about the survey on the website:
After our online focus group earlier this year we wanted to allow as many of you as possible to have your say on some of the important issues that arose in the discussions. So we've designed this survey asking about your experiences and your views on living with chronic illness. The more respondents we get, the stronger our case for change.
If you have a long term health condition that substantially affects your day to day life please take the survey here to make sure your voice is added to our manifesto in 2019.

All it asked me was a few questions about age, gender etc, then which type of long term condition I have and its name, and whether it affected my ability to do activities not at all, a little or a lot.
Then it said I'd completed it.
It didn't ask anything about my 'experiences and views on living with chronic illness'.
Can anyone enlighten me.

sounds like you had a glitch on the buttons maybe give it another try @Trish worked ok for me and I just tried going in and filling in past the demographics and it worked ok
 
I tried to do it again on the same computer but it just said I'd already done it. I then tried it on another computer, filled it in with the same answers, and exactly the same thing happened.
Still bemused...

mm I didnt fill it in all the way the second time but it didnt block me at all maybe drop them an email to see if they can reset it
