Comprehensive list of findings to date?

Just wondering if there's been a comprehensive list of an overview of findings to date anywhere online?

If not does anyone have a recommendation of an academic ai tool to do a rough first draft that can then be edited and reviewed for any mistakes and also then to add data the model may not have had access to.

A brief snapshot of what Im imagining (entirely made up example)

Studies regarding cortisol:

Levels higher in mecfs 1,2,3,4
Range was 1-6 higher

Levels normal in mecfs 5,6,7,8

Levels variable in mecfs 9,10,11,12
Causes: unknown, time, blood sugar

Levels lower in mecfs 13, 14, 15
Range was 1-6 lower

I think there’s a huge need for more organized collection of information like this.
