Fatigatio digital symposium in Hannover, 19 September 2020

The German ME/CFS organization Fatigatio is organizing a (digital) symposium in Hannover on 19 September 2020. Speakers include Michael Stingl, Carmen Scheibenbogen, Jonas Bergquist, and Bhupesh K. Prusty.

Stingl is probably a new name for many. He is a neurologist who started taking an interest in ME/CFS a few years ago and he has already seen 500 patients. He practices in Austria.

Yes, I watched the whole thing. Prusty essentially narrowed down the "something in the blood," which causes excess mitochondrial fragmentation in healthy cells, to 3 different molecules: autoantibodies (e.g. IgG), anti-C1q antibodies, and exosomes containing viral mRNA and proteins. He also mentioned a joint collaboration with Naviaux, and showed some preliminary data about Covid-19 causing viral reactivation which may explain the sympotms in LongCovid.

Does anybody know why Prusty's talk is unavailable on youtube? It was the one I really wanted to rewatch because It was way over my head...

Both Scheibenbogen and Prusty touched on problems with IgG in some pwME and iirc there were a couple small & inconclusive studies from years ago on treatment with exogenous IgG. Is it plausible that this may be a sensible thing to try on at least those patients who qualify down the line?
