    Does anyone have a printed / PDF version of this original Medcase they can share with me? I am wanting to highlight the extent of the editing the BA did to it with the version currently available on the website.

    It’s almost word for word, except took out pacing and that LDN has some evidence, to say neither have any, and added GET, CBT, and LP
