I think we should leave that one out as some doctors refer to us as 'delightful' even when we're crying during the appointment.

I ranked lovely recently while crying and fed up.

I don't think a doctor has ever described me as delightful, though I clearly am, I was peturbed by doctors who say they are 'impressed' by my symptoms.
