Is tinnitus an ME symptom? - Discussion of evidence

I now hear a constant background whistling sound and only two mild tinnitus noises that can get louder or fade away depending on how I’m feeling. The one on the left consists of two notes and bothers me quite a bit.
But they’ve been pastly really worse during 10 years.

There are certainly some humdrum household chemicals that give me an instant headache

One smell that makes me feel sick (nauseous) is that of public toilet facilities (motorway toilets, those in some hospitals and in many pubs and restaurants), as well as car air fresheners. This was the case even before my condition got worse. There must be a specific chemical perfume involved, but, in fact smell of enclosed plastic objects make me feel sick (for example, the interior of a car). So they may be non-specific petroleum esters that irritate me.

I rarely have olfactory hypnogogic hallucinations (imaginary smells before sleep) they’re never nice ones.

I get this recently. I didn't know it has a name!
They’re nice or neutral. Smell of cinnamon, soap... and other things I forget very quickly, as the scent only lasts few seconds.

Oh no I only get quite rotten smells, soap would be nice!
