It seems more and more treatment recommandations are being updated!

Several years? And the rest!

This update came about as a direct result of one Australian patient's interaction with those responsible for the content. It's a work in progress and sounds like they are open to revising further given the appropriately referenced research.
 
If you do a second take on the picture, it almost looks like a pair of slender legs, knees up, with the head ... coming out of the wrong end :p. Which may be more indicative of how it feels for PwME.
