In theory anyone can do a TEDx talk. Someone with ME could dare to disrupt the outdated BPS model of ME and its influence on current treatments.

I think it should be sent, but I've been too ill to be sure of doing it properly, and also too busy with family. I'll be traveling a lot in the next week, and may try to do it in the week following that, after I've had a chance to recuperate. I have no objection to anyone else forwarding the letter to TEDx or TED, or otherwise bringing it to their attention.captain obvious [that's me] asks: has this letter been sent to ted [without the x anywhere in the name]?
I downloaded a copy. If you have the Firefox web browser, you can add the VideoDownloadHelper add-on and it will let you download YouTube videos. http://www.downloadhelper.net/Has anyone saved a copy of the youtube video, just in case it is taken down?
I used to have an easy way of doing this, but it seems to have stopped working now.

www.ssyoutube.com/...etc etc
Click on the video above, then the Youtube button near the bottom of it.What is the link to the video so I vote dislike too?
Doesn’t come up in my iphone.Click on the video above, then the Youtube button near the bottom of it.
I haven't seen that method before, thanks! I can usually use Videodownloadhelper for all web videos but occasionally there's an odd one that it can't download without having to install a 'companion' app that I don't want to install, and then I use the Keepvid site instead. But Keepvid wants to display a bunch of ads (which I block), so your Save From Net site looks like a better idea.
- Go to the video page,
- add 'ss' after the www. in the address,
- you will be taken to a site where you can choose how and where to save the video.
