I agree it's a very good article and much needed publicity, though unlikely to reach the people it needs to reach in the UK government.
A couple of points I would add if I were writing an article:
There is no provision for severe pwME either. The government plan says it's only going to be for mild to moderate. Not mentioned in the article, I think.
A lot of very severe people are not in hospital and not getting the care, including nutrition. they need and at risk of dying.
