What's a term like 'green-washing' for the rehabilitation approach to ME/CFS and similar diseases?

Well washing, makes me think of using well water for actual cleaning.

But then my village decidedly doesn’t have a well dressing tradition, though the oldest continuous well dressing is just a mile or so across the fields, and I am currently involved in collating information on my village’s wells and springs, most of which were used in living memory. Mains water did not arrive until the 1950s.

'Well-washing' did make me think first of miracle water. I googled and sure enough, there are miracle wells. Which sort of also fits with what the rehabilitationists are promising.

While looking for something else today, I came across Trish's word - "wellness babble"
It seems a pity to me it is repeatedly described as a 'journey towards wellness' which seems dishonest - raising false hopes in both the patients and their families. I call it 'wellnessbabble'.
'Wellness-washing' might work, without some of the ambiguity of just 'well-washing'.
