Where are we with ICD 11 Coding for ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia?

Just wondering what the latest news is on ICD 11 Coding for both ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia.

The IASP's Antonia Barke has not responded to my several requests for clarifications.

There have been no comments posted on the ICD-11 Proposal Mechanism by Fibro orgs or advocates in response to these most recent proposals for Fibromyalgia.
