There was an appalling characterisation of an ME patient in
"Strike" last night on TV. A man in a suit in a wheelchair, shouting and bullying in a loud voice, and scared of getting infections from his daughter. Did you see it?

Yes, I do love the Strike novels, but I have to say that rather appalling mis-characterisation of people with ME really disgusted me. And I think it is the same book there is also a female ME sufferer portrayed as pathetic and manipulative. Suggested to me JKR may have personal bias in there somewhere.
