Dutch Health Council on ME/CFS tomorrow on national news

It's nice that the minority viewpoint of R.H. Wijbenga is already included in the appendix of the report, these are his points: The advice differs from the request for advice The advice does not state that ME is not a psychogenic or psychosomatic illness The advice does not do justice to the...

Dutch Health Council on ME/CFS tomorrow on national news

Yes, they say that patients are free to chose CBT and GET like therapies but patients cannot be forced to do this and if they don't they cannot be accused for "not cooperating".

How many hours of sleep a night do you need? - Now with Poll

If you are taking the 600mg tablets (the ones I have here) then that's exactly the dose that Shungu did a small study on, maybe that's where you got it from :) Presented at the IACFS/ME conference in 2016: See page 34: http://iacfsme.org/ME-CFS-Primer-Education/News/IACFSME-2016-Program.aspx

Tonight on Dutch TV - ME / CFS documentary

I agree, not nearly as good as the radio interview. No structure, it seems they wanted to let everybody with an opinion on ME/CFS have their say and let the viewer make up their own mind. Even though they explicitly say she has no ME but is chronically fatigued this is still not helpful in a...

Tonight on Dutch TV - ME / CFS documentary

That probably too :) It means they overestimate themselves (and their treatments)

Tonight on Dutch TV - ME / CFS documentary

 Jeroen Kortschot is the director of the documentary, listening to the radio interview he seems to be very upset about PACE, CBT, GET, Blijenberg, Van Der Meer, etc. so that promises something for the documentary

You can be happy that at least two (Jeannine L.A. Hautvast & Chantal P Bleeker-Rovers) of them are Dutch ;) If I Google them I often see them connected to Nijmegen - Radboud: https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Chantal_Bleeker-Rovers...

How to support Unrest in the Oscar race

This list seems a bit more balanced. My remark was on the 36 ratings that contain a written review. Here I see two 1 star ratings, two 2 star ratings and the rest is all 10 stars.

How to support Unrest in the Oscar race

Done To say the film is controversial seems like an understatement, I saw a lot of 1 star and 10 star ratings
