Who wants to be under medical surveillance all the time? It sounds dystopian.

Firing squad at dawn for those who don't do their exercise!

If you don't fulfil your end of the 'bargain' there will be consequences for your social credit rating, with all that implies.

Not joking. That is where we are heading, NICE notwithstanding.

Ah ok so this app is ok yet someone was only saying the other day that when they mentioned visible it was pooh poohed as something you can get too focused on

I feel we shouldn't hold these people to any manner of consistency or other sorts of scrutiny. It might make them look silly.

Ah, yes, focus for all 3 minutes it takes to do the morning and evening check-ins.

When you look at the excuses given out in recent years, they seem to believe that it's professional monitoring that matters. As long as they're monitoring, it's all good. Or something like it. Even though the vast majority of cases never get any because the resources will never exist for it. But it's still critical, unless people are self-sufficient.

Heads they win. Tails you lose. Don't flip they win and you lose.

You need to do a bit more research on Dr Sarno. There were literally thousands cured at his New York University hospital that supported his work after he quit operating on backs that only got a 50% or less cure rate.

Rory and Alastair have both thanked Vlad on Twitter. And Alastair recommended Vlads video in the rest is politics news letter.
