I've donated, and might do again if there seems to be a need nearer the deadline.

David Tuller: Crowdfunding for Us All by Jennie Spotila

"I have supported David Tuller’s investigative journalism since he first began his crowdfunding campaigns,* but it has never been more important than right now. I urge you to join me in supporting his current fundraiser not only for yourself, but for millions of us.

Tuller’s work continues to have a tremendous impact on the controversial use of psycho-behavioral treatments for ME/CFS. As I said last fall, Tuller brought the controversy to the attention of media and scientific outlets in a way that no one had previously been able to do. Yet he didn’t just push one domino over, setting a cascade in motion. Tuller continues his reporting and his scientific commentary on the discredited PACE trial and other versions of the same theory."

    A suggestion:

If anyone knows of any Long COVID groups who might be interested in @dave30th work, perhaps you could let them know, if you're able.

    Thank you! :)

    Is it Sharpie's fault
    He's in the midden...

    Rhetoric aside, the fact remains
    It's Tuller D who'll get the gains!

( Mods maybe more suited to Graham's page!?)

Hoping to donate this week as seemingly being paid a couple of days early.

@dave30th seems to be the only person effectively flagging up the state of paediatric " research" .
    Long may it continue.

Just want to say that I look forward each year to donating for this, and now to Brian Hughes (probably got the name wrong, you know who I mean(edit ...maybe Keith Geraghty)).

It's the most substantial way I can help our cause (apart from my will), and I know I'm going to get excellent bang for my buck. I just wish i could give more.

Yes, Keith Geraghty's appeal ends this week too. I have donated to both worthwhile appeals. I hope others with some money to spare will do so too.

    Read this interesting report.
Dave have you reached out/had contact with James?
Would be be another string for the bow?

Report is good other than I take exception to some pointed descriptive phrases.....!

    https://www.theatlantic.com/health/archive/2021/04/john-james-aids-treatments-covid-pandemic/618679/

“I’m 79. I’m retired. I want to do things that are serious.”
"Few people understand the value of tracking treatments better than James. In 1986, when gay men across the country were dying from AIDS and were desperate for guidance, James began publishing updates on experimental-drug trials in a newsletter he called AIDS Treatment News, or ATN. James is not a doctor, and he is not HIV-positive, but during his time working as a computer programmer at the National Institutes of Health in the early 1960s, he learned to read medical research and interpret statistics. Despite operating on a tiny budget, ATN became one of the primary news sources for the queer community."

Agreed. Your work is critical @dave30th
In addition, we need more spokespeople whose work champions evidence-based science.
