David Tuller's new crowdfunding campaign (April 1, 2018)

One final note: Crowdfunding on any platform is not free. Berkeley takes a 5% share as the university's standard fee for processing gifts, plus 2.5% as a crowdfunding fee. Therefore, adding 7.5% to your donation will help to maximize the effectiveness of this campaign. (Last year, Crowdrise took 7.5% as the crowdfunding fee, and Berkeley took its 5% gift fee, so the fees this year will be significantly reduced.)

Perhaps we should send him a thank you gift, a copy of Unrest or a signed copy of one of the PACE review papers? :rofl:

Out of curiosity, how much would you need to do this full time, benefits and fees included?

Looks like your revised goal of $85k is within reach, the $5k to be matched are almost covered:)
 
I played around with the map on the donor wall at a time when the total number of donors was 901 and added up the number of donors from each state. That gave 188 US donors so 713 or 79% are from outside the US, I'm guessing largely from the UK. I guess that suggests that the negative impact of the PACE trial is felt more strongly outside the US. Thank you @dave30th for your interest in it!
