This is the supplement that Kaufman used for his patients.

Promoted on Facebook from the company that makes the supplement... I'm not really sure about this.

    one completed study:
Oxaloacetate Treatment For Mental And Physical Fatigue In (ME/CFS) and Long-COVID fatigue patients, 2022, Cash and Kaufman
tldr (study has many issues, not least of which is that the data was analysed only by the person (Cash) who stands to benefit from finding a positive result from the supplement.)

    one study underway:
USA: RESTORE ME: A RandomizEd Double Blind Placebo Control Trial to Determine the EffectS of OxaloaceTate On ImpRoving FatiguE in ME/CFS

. Had me laughing out loud in March, had me laughing out loud again in July.

Using the potato analogy before anything even begins to occur, needs to be washed, peeled, chopped, salted, oiled, cooked and then hope for the best.

I used to take oxaloacetate from Sabre Sciences's Cereze, since discontinued. It seemed to help my cognition, but I stopped taking it because I realized it was contributing to insomnia.

So around 4.5k dollars over a year. Someone must be making quite a bit of money there.

I'm not willing to dish out this amount of money to improve fatigue even though my Oxa levels are very low. I have periods when I'm feeling almost normal with very little fatigue.

Oh goodness please don't tell me I've lost these decades and it could have all been so different if only I'd loved spinach?

Oxalate and oxaloactate are completely different chemicals. They just have rather similar names.

It is almost like uric acid and urea, which sound similar, but only because they are both named after where you find them - urine.
