The webpage seems chiefly to refer professional readers on to Bateman Horne, Mayo, NICE and CDC documents. Bateman Horne has major problems. Mayo is maybe less problematic but full of similar ill-informed and dubious statements, with some factual errors. I have not looked at CDC. NICE is not too bad but the whole framing is blinkered and less informative than it could be with lots of leeway in the treatment section.
Above all this is all the old folklore. Things have change with recent research in Europe - lots of things. It is time US physicians got up to date.
