Aripiprazole - Abilify

I take abilify. I have it because I developed bipolar delusions about 14 years ago and so I get an injection every month of 400mg.
I am a lot better with my ME/CFS nowadays as I first got it back in 1991 while a student. I do wonder if Abilify stops me from relapsing but I can't really answer that question. I also wonder whether having had ME/CFS caused my bipolar delusions.

Did you have weight gain? That’s like 12mg a day which is alot

Question on behalf of my daughter, very severe for a couple of years now
Has abilify helped anyone with sensory overload, especially sound intolerance?
So far, it only helps me temporary with sensory overload and sound intolerance.
For a week or so, because I crash again
Than i titrate up and get some temporary benefit.

Maybe I still need to find my ideal dosage.
I’m at 1.8

For me, yes. Abilify worked wonders. For the first time in a long time, I was even able to go back to work. I'm now very severe again, but it still helps me use my phone and function a bit better.

Sorry for being off-topic, but when it comes to efficiently blocking out sound with ear plugs, the Honeywell Max Lite were a revelation for me.
I first learned of them thanks to a mention here:

I'm considering Aripiprazole with my doctor for several other reasons as well, but I can't seem to find the 2mg tablets available anywhere in Australia.

If anyone knows where to get them, I'd appreciate a DM.

I don't think 2 mg tablets are even available. Most people use the liquid formulation. My doctor writes me a compounded prescription, and my pharmacy prepares it as capsules specifically for me.

Abilify is not soluble in water. You can make a liquid by adding crushed tablets to suspending liquids like Ora products, which should be available on Amazon, etc.

That sort of thing is well beyond me at this point (like it's hard to get consistent dosage, ora blend itself is very expensive in Australia), and I've asked at compounding pharmacies, they're either extremely expensive or not terribly interested.
