Brain fog, cognitive dysfunction

I refer to it as complete brain shutdown. I can no longer absorb or process information, and slur when I talk. It affects my gait as well, I can't walk a straight line and bump into walls.

I have to say, I would be very very surprised if people here in the US are using this term today

I noticed it in Teitelbaum. Admittedly 2-3 decades ago.
