So very sorry to hear this @Gary Burgess. Sincere wishes to you and your family.

 

A fundraiser was set up following Gary's news which initially was meant to send Gary and his husband on holiday. At Gary's request, this was subsequently changed so that all donations go to Macmillan Cancer Support (Jersey).

I’m very sorry to hear this news. Gary, if you’re reading this, thank you so much for all of your earlier work in helping to raise awareness about ME. I listened to all episodes (of both series) of The ME Show that you made a few years ago. It was brilliant. I recall how it reached a very wide audience and had a big impact at the time. You’re such a lovely person and I’m so sorry that you’re having to go through this. Sending much love and strength to you, your husband and all of your family and friends
