they have been told multiple times already that universal credit is a dogs breakfast that harms rather than helps claimants .it is not by simple chance that foodbanks have become so prevalent and necessary . this constant attempt to scapegoat the poorest and most vulnerable members of society should shame all those politicians who are responsible.
