1. Go to the Bluesky post with the video
2. Click on the share button to copy the correct URL
3. Download the video via https://down.blue/
4. Adjust the speed via https://cap.so/tools/video-speed-controller

If this is a frequent need for you, I'm sure there are much simpler workflows and someone in our community can help you out.

Thank you for those clear instructions. I am on an Android phone, but I would look at things like that on my laptop, which is a Samsung.
