Sharpe clarifies what he means by objective,
Julie Rehmeher attempts to pin Sharpe down:
Ahh but those wretched patients could pretend not to be active ...of course they tell the truth on questionnaires ??? Especially when they’ve been told what to say and no doubt the questionnaire design is imbalanced and leadingSo he's saying it was a lie when they claimed they were not collecting that data due to patient compliance issues?
And pedometers have been around since the sixties ffs.

Hmm, now that gives MS a dilemma if he’s reading our thread doesn’t it?Ok if @Robert 1973 gets blocked by MS before the end of April I'll donate 50 to David Tuller in addition to what I'm already going to donate. You the same @Alvin?
Mind you this does put @Robert 1973 in the ethical dilemma of whether to get himself blocked or not. Hmm, unintended consequences ...
I really don't know what good MS thinks he is doing in that twitter thread.
He sees it, he's just trying to graffiti over it.even if the writing was on the wall he still may not see it
I was just looking through he's recent replies - I think that this was my favourite:
I wonder how he decides what to reply to.
Indeed, though we are coming down to the wire soonHmm, now that gives MS a dilemma if he’s reading our thread doesn’t it?
This is really total nonsense, even from the standpoint that ME is psychiatric.
On the moral side, it implies that being sick is a matter of "choice".
Then, even if ME was a "choice", the therapy would be considered successful only if patients gave up their bad choices to more healthy ones. If they're still taking "bad decisions", they're still ill. Period.
"At least in the short term" to me is the worst part of this thread. He is grasping for straws, its as simple as that.
